Mya Van Nortwick

Mya Van Nortwick is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Muscle Testing Practitioner with a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies. She earned her B.S. in Recreational Therapy from Grand Valley State University and has spent years working in fitness, nutrition, and whole-person wellness.

Growing up as a competitive athlete and later pursuing bodybuilding, CrossFit, and strength training, Mya developed a deep appreciation for what the human body is capable of. Over time, her passion expanded beyond simply training the body to understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and the body’s internal systems can all work together to influence how we feel and function.

At the heart of Mya’s work is a simple belief: there is more for you. If you are experiencing obstacles in your health that are keeping you from feeling like yourself, doing the things you love, or living the life you desire, she believes you do not have to simply accept that as your future. Her goal is to help clients better understand their bodies, uncover areas that may need support, and give them practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and hope.

Through muscle testing, individualized nutrition support, and movement, Mya takes a whole-person approach to care and meets each client where they are. Whether someone is working through ongoing symptoms, looking to improve their relationship with food and movement, or simply wanting to feel stronger and healthier, she loves walking alongside them as they discover what is possible.

Above all, Mya believes that Jesus is our ultimate Healer, Counselor, and Friend. Her faith is foundational to the way she serves others, and she welcomes His presence, wisdom, and guidance into every appointment. She considers it a privilege to come alongside each person and support them in stewarding the body and life God has given them.
